Insurance advice
Life and health insurance advice in Ontario is provided by advisors licensed with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, through AT Financial Group. Beyond The Practice is how AT Financial Group works with physicians and dentists; it is not a separate licensed entity.
Investments
The registration that covers investment accounts, and the dealer it sits with, is being confirmed. We will state this here once confirmed, naming the firm and the regulator, rather than describing it loosely in the meantime.

Making a complaint
Send us what happened, when, and who you dealt with, through the contact form. A published complaints address is coming shortly. We will acknowledge it in writing within five business days and tell you who is handling it. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can take an insurance complaint to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, and we will give you the contact details and the file in writing so you are not starting from nothing.
