We are committed to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities, as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act requires.
The standard we build to
This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means text you can resize, colour contrast that holds up, every control reachable by keyboard, a visible focus ring, form fields with real labels and error messages, and targets large enough to hit on a phone. The assistant panel can be reached by a skip link and closed with the Escape key, and motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
Where we know we fall short
We test as we build, but this is a new site and testing is not the same as lived use. If something here does not work with your screen reader, your magnifier or your keyboard, we want to hear about the specific page rather than a general note.
Reporting a barrier
Contact details will be published here shortly. Until then, use the contact form and tell us the page and what happened.
We will acknowledge within five business days, give you the information you were after in whatever format works for you, and tell you when the page itself will be fixed.
